Description
Wings are one of the most important parts of a plane. Have you ever wondered how engineers know when a wing would work? They use wind tunnels to test different wings and determine the most effective ones. On this station you’ll learn how a plane sustains itself in horizontal flight. You’ll do two experiments varying the angle of attack and speed to see their effect on a wing’s lift.
